Oborevwori Approves Reconstruction of Effurun Roundabout–NPA Road

The Governor of Delta State, Rt. Hon. Sheriff Oborevwori, has approved the reconstruction of the Effurun Roundabout to NPA Road.
The project approval, which was disclosed on May 11, 2026, is expected to cover a key transport axis linking major parts of Delta State.
According to the announcement, the road upgrade is aimed at improving traffic flow, strengthening connectivity, and boosting commercial activities along the busy route.
