Armed Thugs Reportedly Abduct Sowore in Ekiti
The presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC), Omoyele Sowore, has reportedly been abducted by armed thugs following a violent attack on him and members of his team inside a restaurant in Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State.
In a distress tweet on his X handle, Sowore alleged that they were attacked and injured by armed thugs, whom he described as government-sponsored.
His team also accused the Department of State Services (DSS) of providing the attackers with his exact location, enabling the assault.
The team disclosed that Sowore’s current whereabouts remain unknown, insisting that they would not back down despite the attack.
