Oborevwori spoke during a condolence visit to Uduaghan’s widow, Mrs Roli Uduaghan, and other family members, accompanied by his wife, Deaconess Tobore Oborevwori, and top government officials on Tuesday.
Recalling his relationship with the deceased, Oborevwori said Uduaghan played a significant role in his political journey by appointing him a Special Adviser in 2007.

“He has gone, but he can never be forgotten by Deltans,” Oborevwori said.
In his condolence message, the governor wrote: “Your impact in Delta can never be forgotten. Asamaigor, RIP.”
He had earlier joined others, including ex-Nigeria Football Federation president, Amaju Pinnick to receive the ex-governor's remains at the Osubi Airport.
