The proposed institution is expected to create opportunities for specialised education, agricultural research and skills development, while potentially supporting food production, innovation and employment for young people.

He urged constituents and stakeholders to sustain their support for the proposal, stressing the importance of translating the legislative milestone into tangible benefits for the people.
